Happy Halloween!

Here is a picture of Dec all dressed up for Halloween. It was windy (Like 50 mph!) and rainy but let up a little for the kids to go out. Stephen took Dec out while I stayed home to hand out candy. We gave out 5 BAGS of it! They let the Portuguese kids on base to trick or treat although they do not celebrate Halloween. Last year apparently there were problems so this year there were many people that had "No Candy" signs on their doors. I haven't heard of any problems this year and we didn't see anything. All of the kids that came to our house were polite.
